Steve and his team did a great job on my spinners! He worked with me on the price, got everything done on time, and they came out really good. I definitely appreciate him and would recommend him to anybody!

I had an outstanding experience with Utica Auto Spa. I purchased a complete wheel and tire package from them, mounted, balanced, and shipped all the way from Michigan to Florida. Everything arrived looking great and was professionally prepared. What really impressed me was their after-sales service. My 2024 Wagoneer has self-learning TPMS, and Utica Auto Spa installed Hamaton NFC U-Pro 2.5 sensors. Two of the sensors did not automatically sync with the vehicle, and several tire shops here in Florida were completely stumped. The team at Utica Auto Spa went above and beyond. They explained how simple the Hamaton sensors were to program and even sent me a loaner Hamaton programming tool with prepaid return shipping. Once the tool arrived, the entire programming process took about 30 seconds. That level of customer service is extremely rare. They stood behind their work, solved the problem, and saved me from unnecessarily replacing perfectly good sensors and paying hun
